ในการแต่งตั้งคณะอนุกรรมการตามมาตรา ๒๑ ให้คณะกรรมการแต่งตั้ง คณะอนุกรรมการอย่างน้อยคณะหนึ่งเพื่อพิจารณาหรือปฏิบัติการเกี่ยวกับการกำกับดูแลการทวงถามหนี้ ของผู้ให้สินเชื่อซึ่งเป็นนิติบุคคล ทั้งนี้ คณะอนุกรรมการดังกล่าวอย่างน้อยต้องประกอบด้วยผู้แทน กระทรวงการคลัง ผู้แทนธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย และผู้แทนสมาคมธนาคารไทยเป็นอนุกรรมการ โดยมี ข้าราชการของสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการคลังเป็นอนุกรรมการและเลขานุการ และเป็นผู้ช่วยเลขานุการ จำนวนสองคน
