ในกรณีที่ลูกหนี้หรือบุคคลอื่นได้รับการปฏิบัติจากผู้ทวงถามหนี้ที่เป็นการขัดต่อ พระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้ลูกหนี้หรือบุคคลอื่นนั้นมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการตามมาตรา ๒๗ เพื่อวินิจฉัยสั่งการได้ การร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่คณะกรรมการ ประกาศกำหนด
