ให้นำความในมาตรา ๗๒ และมาตรา ๗๔ มาใช้บังคับกับคุณสมบัติและ ลักษณะต้องห้าม และการพ้นจากตำแหน่งของกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและกรรมการซึ่งเป็นบุคคลอื่น ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผังเมืองในคณะกรรมการบริหารการผังเมืองส่วนท้องถิ่นด้วยโดยอนุโลม เว้นแต่อำนาจ ของคณะรัฐมนตรีตามกรณีมาตรา ๗๔
