คณะกรรมการจะแต่งตั้งคณะอนุกรรมการเพื่อพิจารณาหรือปฏิบัติการอย่างหนึ่ง อย่างใดตามที่คณะกรรมการมอบหมายก็ได้ การประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการ ให้นำบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๙ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
