(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก เลม่ ๑๓๕ ตอนที่ ๙๗ ก หนา้ ๕๔
(๓) คณะรัฐมนตรีให้ออก เพราะบกพร่องต่อหน้าที่ มีความประพฤติเสื่อมเสีย หรือ หย่อนความสามารถ
(๔) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๖
