ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้คณะกรรมการและคณะอนุกรรมการ มีอำนาจออกคำสั่งเป็นหนังสือเรียกบุคคลใดมาให้ถ้อยคำหรือให้ส่งคำชี้แจง เอกสาร ข้อมูล หลักฐาน หรือวัตถุใดที่เกี่ยวข้องมาเพื่อใช้ประกอบการพิจารณาได้
