ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้คณะกรรมการบริหารสถาบันและ คณะอนุกรรมการที่คณะกรรมการบริหารสถาบันแต่งตั้งมีอำนาจออกคำสั่งเป็นหนังสือเรียกบุคคลใด มาให้ถ้อยคำหรือให้ส่งคำชี้แจง เอกสาร ข้อมูล หลักฐาน หรือวัตถุใดที่เกี่ยวข้องมาเพื่อใช้ประกอบ การพิจารณาได้ เลม่ ๑๓๕ ตอนที่ ๙๗ ก หนา้ ๖๓
