พระราชบัญญัติความมั่นคงด้านวัคซีนแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2561 · 2561

ผู้อำนวยการต้องเป็นผู้มีคุณสมบัติและไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้าม ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) มีสัญชาติไทย
(๒) มีอายุไม่เกินหกสิบห้าปีบริบูรณ์
(๓) ต้องเป็นผู้สามารถทำงานให้แก่สถาบันได้เต็มเวลา
(๔) เป็นผู้มีความรู้ มีผลงาน และมีประสบการณ์เหมาะสมกับกิจการของสถาบันตามที่ กำหนดไว้ในวัตถุประสงค์และหน้าที่และอำนาจตามมาตรา ๒๑ และมาตรา ๒๒
(๕) ไม่เป็นผู้บริหารของรัฐวิสาหกิจหรือหน่วยงานอื่นของรัฐ
(๖) ไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดตามมาตรา ๖ (๓) (๔) (๕) (๖) (๗) หรือ (๙)
