กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตามมาตรา ๕
(๓) มีวาระการดำรงตำแหน่งคราวละสี่ปี และอาจได้รับแต่งตั้งอีกได้ เมื่อครบกำหนดตามวาระในวรรคหนึ่ง หากยังมิได้มีการแต่งตั้งกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตามมาตรา ๕
(๓) ขึ้นใหม่ ให้กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิซึ่งพ้นจากตำแหน่งตามวาระนั้นอยู่ในตำแหน่งเพื่อดำเนินงานต่อไปจนกว่า กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิซึ่งได้รับแต่งตั้งใหม่เข้ารับหน้าที่
