บทว่า วตฺถูหิ ได้แก่ เหตุทั้งหลาย.
บทว่า อวกสฺสนฺติ ได้แก่ คร่าออกไป ทอดทิ้งไป แยกจากกัน ซึ่งบริษัทไว้ส่วนหนึ่ง.
บทว่า ปวกสฺสนฺติ ได้แก่ คร่าออกไปแล้วขับไล่ไป.
บทว่า อาเวนิกกมฺมานิ กโรนฺติ ได้แก่ ทำสังฆกรรมแยกกัน.
