ผู้ใดข่มขื ใจเจ้าพนักงานให้ปฏิบัติารอันมิชอบด้วยหน้าที่ หรือให้ละ เว้นการปฏิบัติการตามหน้าที่โดยใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย หรือขู่เข็ญว่าจะใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย ต้องระวาง โทษจำคุกไม่เกินสี่ป หรือปรับไม่เกินแปดพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
