ผู้ใดถอน ทำให้เสียหาย ทำลายหรือทำให้ไร้ประโยชน์ซึ่งตราหรือ ๒๑ตุลาคม๒๕๑๙ ๒๑ตุลาคม๒๕๑๙ ๒๕๑๔ เครื่องหมายอันเจ้าพนักงานได้ประทับหรือหมายไว้ที่สิ่งใด ๆในการปฏิบัติการตามหน้าที่ เพื่อเป็น หลักฐานในการยึด อายัดหรือรักษาสิ่ง้น ๆต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสองปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสี่พัน บาทหรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
