ผู้ใดเป็นเจ้าพนักงาน มีหน้าที่ทำเอกสาร กรอกข้อความลงในเอกสาร หรือดูแลรักษาเอกสาร กระทำการปลอมเอกสารโดยอาศัยโอกาสที่ตนมีหน้าที่นั้น ต้องระวางโทษ จำคุกไม่เกินสิบปี และปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท
