Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgatedผู้ใดเป็เจ้ พนักงาน มีหน้าที่ในการไปรษณีย์ โทรเลขหรือโทรศัพท์ กระทำการอันมิชอบด้วยหน้าที่ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) เปิดหรือยอมให้ผู้อื่นเปิด จดหมายหรือสิ่งอื่นที่ส่งทางไปรษณีย์หรือโทรเลข
(๒) ทำให้เสียหาย ทำลาย ทำให้สูญหาย หรือยอมให้ผู้อื่นทำให้เสียหาย ทำลายหรือ ทำให้สูญหาย ซึ่งจดหมายหรือสิ่งอื่นที่ส่งทางไปรษณีย์หรือโทรเลข
(๓) กัก ส่งให้ผิดทาง หรือส่งให้แก่บุคคลซึ่งรู้ว่ามิใช่เป็นผู้ควรรับซึ่งจดหมาย หรือสิ่ง อื่นที่ส่งทางไปรษณีย์หรือโทรเลข หรือ
(๔) เปิดเผยข้อความที่ส่งทางไปรษณีย์ ทางโทรเลขหรือทางโทรศัพท์ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
