Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgatedผู้ใดเป็เจ้ พนัมีหน้ ที่ท เอกสาร รับเอกสารหรือกรอก ข้อความลงในเอกสารกระทำการดังต่อไปนี้ในการปฏิบัติการตามหน้าที่
(๑) รับรองเป็นหลัฐานว่า ตนได้กระทำการอย่ งใดขึ้น หรือว่าการอย่างใดได้กระทำ ต่อหน้าตนอันเป็นความเท็จ
(๒) รับรองเป็นหลักฐานว่ ได้มีการแจ้งซึ่งข้อความอันมิได้มีการแจ้
(๓) ละเว้นไม่จดข้อความซึ่งตนมีหน้าที่ต้องรับจด หรือจดเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อความเช่น ว่านั้น หรือ
(๔) รับรองเป็นหลักฐานซึ่งข้อเท็จจริงอันเอกสารนั้น มุ่งพิสูจน์ความจริงอันเป็น ความเท็จ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินเจ็ดปี และปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นสี่พันบาท
