ผู้ใดใช้ ขายเสนอขายแลกเปลี่ยน หรือเสนอแลกเปลี่ยนซึ่งแสตมป์ อันเกิดจากการกระทำดังกล่าวในมาตรา ๒๕๔หรือมาตรา ๒๕๖ไม่ว่าการกระทำตามมาตรานั้น ๆ จะได้กระทำภายในหรือนอกราชอาณาจักร ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกพัน บาทหรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
