ถ้าผู้กระทำความผิดตามมาตรา ๒๕๐มาตรา ๒๕๑มาตรา ๒๕๔ มาตรา ๒๕๖มาตรา ๒๕๘มาตรา ๒๕๙หรือมาตรา ๒๖๒ได้กระทำความผิดตามมาตราอื่นที่บัญญัติ ไว้ในหมวดนี้ อันเกี่ยวกับสิ่งที่เกิดจากการกระทำความผิดนั้นด้วย ให้ลงโทษผู้นั้นตามมาตรา ๒๕๐ มาตรา ๒๕๑มาตรา ๒๕๔มาตรา ๒๕๖มาตรา ๒๕๘มาตรา ๒๕๙หรือมาตรา ๒๖๒แต่กระทง เดียว
