ผู้ใดหน่วงเหนี่ยวหรือกักขังผู้อื่น หรือกระทำด้วยประการใดให้ ผู้อื่นปราศจากเสรีภาพในร่างกาย และให้ผู้อื่นนั้นกระทำการใดให้แก่ผู้กระทำหรือบุ คลอื่น ต้อง ระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี และปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท
