ผู้ใดเพื่อจะเอาคนลงเป็นทาส หรือให้มีฐานะคล้ายทาส นำเข้าในหรือ ส่งออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักร พามาจากที่ใด ซื้อ ขายจำหน่าย รับหรือหน่วงเหนี่ยวซึ่งบุคคลหนึ่ง บุคคลใดต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินเจ็ดปี และปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นสี่พันบาท
