Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgatedผู้ใดประสงค์จะจดทะเบียน ยื่นคำขอ สิทธิและนิติกรรมเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์ตาม ประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ ให้คู่กรณีนำ หนังสือแสดงสิทธิในที่ดินมาขอจดทะเบียนต่อ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามมาตรา ๗๑ การขอจดทะเบียนสิทธิและนิติกรรมตาม ยื่นคำขอ วรรคหนึ่ง สำหรับที่ดินที่มีโฉนดที่ดิน ใบไต่สวนหรือ ต่างสำนักงาน หนังสือรับรองการทำประโยชน์ คู่กรณีอาจยื่นคำขอต่อ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ณกรมที่ดินหรือสำนักงานที่ดินแห่ง ใดแห่งหนึ่ง เพื่อให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามมาตรา ๗๑ ดำเนินการจดทะเบียนให้ เว้นแต่การจดทะเบียนที่ต้อง มีการประกาศหรือต้องมีการรังวัด
