ในกรณีการขอจดทะเบียนสิทธิ จดทะเบียน และนิติกรรมเกี่ยวกับที่ดินซึ่งพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ทำ ใบไต่สวน การสอบสวนและรังวัดหมายเขตไว้แล้ว แต่ยังไม่ได้ ออกโฉนดที่ดิน ให้ไปขอจดทะเบียนต่อพนักงาน เจ้าหน้าที่ตามความในมาตรา ๗๑ การจดทะเบียนดังกล่าวในวรรคก่อน ให้จด แจ้งในใบไต่สวน อนุโลมตามวิธีการว่าด้วยการจด ทะเบียนสิทธิและนิติกรรมเกี่ยวกับที่ดินที่มีโฉนดที่ดิน
