Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgatedผู้มีสิทธิในที่ดินประสงค์จะ การขอแบ่งแยก แบ่งแยกที่ดินออกเป็นหลายแปลงหรือรวมที่ดินหลาย หรือรวมโฉนด แปลงเข้าเป็นแปลงเดียวกัน ให้ยื่นคำขอพร้อมด้วย หนังสือแสดงสิทธิในที่ดินนั้นต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ตามมาตรา ๗๑ เพื่อประโยชน์แห่งมาตรานี้ ให้นำมาตรา ๖๙ - จดทะเบียนก่อน ทวิ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลมด้วย และถ้าจะต้องจด ออกแปลงแบ่งแยก ทะเบียนสิทธิและนิติกรรม ก็ให้จดทะเบียนสิทธิและ -นำเรื่องคัดค้าน/ นิติกรรมเสียก่อน แล้วจึงออกหนังสือแสดงสิทธิใน ไกล่เกลี่ยสอบเขต ที่ดินฉบับใหม่ให้ มาใช้
