Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgatedการดำเนินการจดทะเบียนสิทธิ ทำสัญญาและ และนิติกรรมเกี่ยวกับที่ดินที่มีโฉนดที่ดินหรือหนังสือ จดทะเบียน รับรองการทำประโยชน์ ให้เจ้าพนักงานที่ดินบันทึก ทั้งสองฉบับ ข้อตกลงหรือทำสัญญาเกี่ยวกับการนั้น แล้วแต่กรณี ๕๗ มาตรา ๗๕แก้ไขโดยพระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวลกฎหมาย ที่ดิน (ฉบับที่๔)พ.ศ.๒๕๒๘ ๖๒ แล้วให้จดบันทึกสาระสำคัญลงในโฉนดที่ดินหรือ หนังสือรับรองการทำประโยชน์ฉบับสำนักงานที่ดิน และฉบับเจ้าของที่ดินให้ตรงกันด้วย
