ผู้ใดจำหน่ายหรือจัดหาสารระเหยให้แก่ผู้ซึ่งตนรู้หรือควรรู้ว่าเป็นผู้ติดสารระเหย อันเป็นการฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๑๐๐ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือ ทั้งจำทั้งปรับ ถ้าการกระทำความผิดตามวรรคหนึ่ง เป็นการจำหน่ายหรือจัดหาสารระเหยให้แก่บุคคลอายุ ไม่เกินสิบแปดปี ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
