ผู้ใดแก้ไขรายการทะเบียนตำรับยาเสพติดให้โทษในประเภท ๓ หรือวัตถุออกฤทธิ์ ในประเภท ๓ หรือประเภท ๔ ไม่เป็นไปตามที่กำหนดไว้ในกฎกระทรวงตามมาตรา ๔๙ วรรคสอง ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท
