กฎกระทรวงการขออนุญาตและการออกใบอนุญาตผลิต ขาย นำหรือสั่งเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรซึ่งยาแผนโบราณ พ.ศ. 2555 · 2555

ผู้รับอนุญาตเกี่ยวกับยาแผนโบราณทุกประเภทที่ประสงค์จะเปลี่ยนแปลงสถานที่ผลิตยา ขยายหรือลดสถานที่ผลิตยา ย้ายสถานที่เก็บยา หรือเพิ่มหมวดยาที่ผลิต ให้ยื่นคำขอตามแบบ ย.บ.๑๕ ท้ายกฎกระทรวงนี้ พร้อมแนบแบบแปลนที่ขอแก้ไข และเมื่อได้รับการอนุมัติแบบแปลนจากผู้อนุญาต และได้รับอนุญาตตามกฎหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องแล้ว จึงดำเนินการจัดสร้างตามแบบแปลนที่ได้รับอนุมัติ ให้นำความในวรรคสองของข้อ ๑๗ มาใช้บังคับแก่การอนุญาตตามวรรคหนึ่งด้วยโดยอนุโลม
