ให้ผู้รับอนุญาตผลิตยาแผนโบราณซึ่งได้รับอนุญาตก่อนวันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ ดำเนินการตามข้อ ๖ วรรคสอง และข้อ ๗ (๘) และ
(๑๐) ภายในกำหนดห้าปีนับแต่วันที่ กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ
