ในกรณีที่กรรมการข้าราชการตำรวจผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจะพ้นจากตำแหน่งตามวาระ ให้ดำเนินการจัดให้มีการเลือกกรรมการข้าราชการตำรวจผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิใหม่ภายในเก้าสิบวันก่อนวัน ครบวาระ
