กองทุนประกอบด้วยเงินและทรัพย์สิน ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) เงินทุนประเดิมที่รัฐบาลจัดสรรให้ เล่ม ๑๓๔ ตอนที่ ๑๙ ก
(๒) เงินอุดหนุนที่ได้รับจากรัฐบาล
(๓) เงินหรือทรัพย์สินที่มีผู้บริจาคหรือมอบให้แก่กองทุน
(๔) เงินหรือทรัพย์สินที่ตกเป็นของกองทุน
(๕) ดอกผลหรือผลประโยชน์ที่เกิดจากเงินหรือทรัพย์สินของกองทุน เงินและทรัพย์สินของกองทุนตามวรรคหนึ่งไม่ต้องนำส่งคลังเป็นรายได้แผ่นดิน
