เมื่อยุบเลิกกองทุนแล้ว ให้ทำการตรวจสอบทรัพย์สินและชำระบัญชี รวมทั้ง การโอนหรือจำหน่ายทรัพย์สินที่ยังคงเหลืออยู่ ทั้งนี้ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่ คณะกรรมการนโยบายกำหนด ในระหว่างการชำระบัญชี ให้ถือว่ากองทุนยังคงอยู่ตราบเท่าเวลาที่จำเป็นเพื่อการชำระบัญชี
