เมื่อได้ผลการคัดเลือกเอกชนและร่างสัญญาร่วมลงทุนที่ผ่านการเจรจากับเอกชน ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกแล้ว ให้หน่วยงานเจ้าของโครงการนำส่งร่างสัญญาร่วมลงทุนดังกล่าวให้สำนักงาน เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๒๙ ก หนา้ ๑๙ อัยการสูงสุดตรวจพิจารณาภายในสิบห้าวัน และให้สำนักงานอัยการสูงสุดตรวจพิจารณาร่างสัญญา ร่วมลงทุนให้แล้วเสร็จและส่งกลับให้หน่วยงานเจ้าของโครงการภายในสี่สิบห้าวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับร่างสัญญา ร่วมลงทุน
