ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามมาตรา ๓๘ เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รักษาความปลอดภัยในอากาศยาน ต้องแสดงบัตรประจำตัวต่อบุคคลซึ่งเกี่ยวข้อง เว้นแต่ในกรณีฉุกเฉิน บัตรประจำตัวเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รักษาความปลอดภัยในอากาศยาน ให้เป็นไปตามแบบที่รัฐมนตรีว่าการ กระทรวงคมนาคมประกาศกำหนดในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
