Section ๒๓
ในกรณีที่ไม่มีความจำเป็นที่ต้องดำเนินการตามวัตถุประสงค์ของกองทุนอีกต่อไป ให้รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังเสนอต่อคณะรัฐมนตรีเพื่อพิจารณาให้มีการยุบเลิกกองทุน เมื่อคณะรัฐมนตรีมีมติเห็นชอบด้วย ให้กองทุนยุบเลิกเมื่อพ้นกำหนดสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ คณะรัฐมนตรีมีมติ
