Section ๕๑

ให้กระทรวงการคลังรายงานสัดส่วนหนี้ตามมาตรา ๕๐ ที่เกิดขึ้นจริงต่อ คณะรัฐมนตรีและคณะกรรมการทุกหกเดือน ในกรณีที่การบริหารหนี้สาธารณะไม่สามารถดำเนินการได้ตามสัดส่วนที่กำหนดตามมาตรา ๕๐ ให้รัฐมนตรีรายงานเหตุผล วิธีการ และระยะเวลาในการทำให้สัดส่วนดังกล่าวอยู่ภายในสัดส่วนที่กำหนดเสนอ ต่อคณะรัฐมนตรี รายงานตามวรรคหนึ่งและวรรคสอง ให้เปิดเผยให้สาธารณชนทราบ รวมทั้งเผยแพร่ผ่านทาง สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้วย
