เจ้าหน้าที่และลูกจ้างพ้นจากตำแหน่ง เมื่อ
(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดตามมาตรา ๔๐
(๔) ถูกให้ออก เพราะไม่ผ่านการประเมินผลงานตามระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการบริหารสถาบันกำหนด
(๕) ถูกไล่ออกหรือปลดออก เพราะผิดวินัยตามระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการบริหารสถาบันกำหนด เลม่ ๑๓๕ ตอนที่ ๙๗ ก หนา้ ๖๖ การขาดคุณสมบัติตามมาตรา ๔๐
(๒) ให้ถือว่าเป็นการพ้นจากตำแหน่งตามกำหนดเวลาใน สัญญาจ้าง
