ผู้ใดซึ่งเจ้ พนักงานในตำแหน่งตุลาการ พนักงานอัย ผู้ว่าคดี หรือ พนักงานสอบสวนให้แปลข้อความหรือความหมายใดแปลข้อความหรือความหมายนั้นให้ผิดไปในข้อ สำคัญ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
