(๑) โรงเรือน เรือ หรือแพที่คนอยู่อาศัย
(๒) โรงเรือนเรือ หรือแพอันเป็นที่เก็บหรือที่ทำสินค้า
(๓) โรงมหรสพหรือสถานที่ประชุม
(๔) โรงเรือนอัเป็สาธารณสมบัติของแผ่ ดิ เป็สาธารณสถาน หรือเป็นที่ สำหรับประกอบพิธีกรรมตามศาสนา
(๕) สถานีรถไฟท่าอากาศยานหรือที่จอดรถหรือเรือสาธารณะ
(๖) เรือกลไฟ หรือเรือยนต์ อันมีระวางตั้งแต่ห้าตันขึ้นไป อากาศยานหรือรถไฟที่ใช้ ในการขนส่งสาธารณะ ต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต จำคุกตลอดชีวิต หรือจำคุกตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงยี่สิบปี
