ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆแก่โรงเรือน อู่เรือ ที่จอดรถ หรือเรือ สาธารณะทุ่นทอดจอดเรือสิ่งปลูกสร้ เครื่องจักร เครื่องกล สายไฟฟ้าหรือสิ่งที่ท ไว้เพื่อป้องกัน อันตรายแก่บุคคลหรือทรัพย์ จนน่าจะเป็นเหตุให้เกิดอันตรายแก่บุคคลอื่น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่ เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
