ผู้ใดใช้ยานพาหนะรับจ้างขนส่งคนโดยสาร เมื่อยานพาหนะนั้นมี ลักษณะหรือมีการบรรทุกจนน่าจะเป็นอันตรายแก่บุคคลในยานพาหนะนั้น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่ เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
