ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆให้ประภาคารทุ่น สัญญาณหรือสิ่งอื่นใด ซึ่งจัดไว้เป็นสัญญาณเพื่อความปลอดภัยในการจราจรทางบก การเดินเรือหรือการเดินอากาศอยู่ใน ลักษณะอันน่าจะเป็นเหตุให้เกิดอันตรายแก่การจราจรทางบก การเดินเรือหรือการเดินอากาศ ต้อง ระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หกเดือนถึงเจ็ดปี และปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งพันบาทถึงหนึ่งหมื่นสี่พันบาท
