Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgatedผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆเพื่อให้เกิดอุทกภัย หรือเพื่อให้เกิด ขัดข้องแก่การใช้น้ำซึ่งเป็นสาธารณูปโภค ถ้าการกระทำนั้นน่าจะเป็นอันตรายแก่บุคคลอื่นหรือทรัพย์ ของผู้อื่น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้ ปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาทหรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ ถ้าการกระทำผิดดังกล่าวในวรรคแรกเป็นเหตุให้เกิดอันตรายแก่บุคคลอื่นหรือทรัพย์ ของผู้อื่น ผู้กระทำต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หกเดือนถึงเจ็ดปี และปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งพันบาทถึงหนึ่งหมื่น สี่พันบาท
