ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆให้ยานพาหนะดังต่อไปนี้ อยู่ในลักษณะ อันน่าจะเป็นเหตุให้เกิดอันตรายแก่บุคคล
(๑) เรือเดินทะเล อากาศยานรถไฟหรือรถราง
(๒) รถยนต์ที่ใช้สำหรับการขนส่งสาธารณะหรือ
(๓) เรือกลไฟ หรือเรือยนต์อันมีระวางตั้งแต่ห้าตันขึ้นไป ที่ใช้สำหรับการขนส่ง สาธารณะ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หกเดือนถึงเจ็ดปี และปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งพันบาทถึงหนึ่งหมื่นสี่ พันบาท
