ผู้ใดกระทำให้เกิดเพลิงไหม้โดยประมาท และเป็นเหตุให้ทรัพย์ของ ผู้อื่นเสียหาย หรือการกระทำโดยประมาทนั้นน่าจะเป็นอันตรายแก่ชีวิตของบุคคลอื่น ต้องระวางโทษ จำคุกไม่เกินเจ็ดปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นสี่พันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
