ผู้ใดมีไว้เพื่อนำออกใช้ซึ่งสิ่งใด ๆอันตนได้มาโดยรู้ว่าเป็นของปลอม ตามมาตรา ๒๔๐หรือของแปลงตามมาตรา ๒๔๑ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสิบห้าปี และ ปรับตั้งแต่สองพันบาทถึงสามหมื่นบาท
