Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgated๒๔๖
ผู้ใดทำเครื่องมือหรือวัตถุสำหรับปลอมหรือแปลงเงินตราไม่ว่าจะเป็น เหรียญกระษาปณ์ ธนบัตร หรือสิ่งใด ๆซึ่งรัฐบาลออกใช้หรือให้อำนาจให้ออกใช้ หรือสำหรับปลอม หรือแปลงพันธบัตรรัฐบาลหรือใบสำคัญสำหรับรับดอกเบี้ยพัธบัตรนั้น ๆหรือมีเครื่องมือหรือวัตถุ เช่นว่านั้น เพื่อใช้ในการปลอมหรือแปลง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่ห้าปีถึงสิบห้าปี และปรับตั้งแต่ หนึ่งหมื่นบาทถึงสามหมื่นบาท
