ผู้ใดใช้อุบายหลอกลวง ขู่เข็ญ ใช้กำลังบังคับ ใช้อำนาจครอบงำผิดคลองธรรม หรือใช้วิธีข่มขืนใจด้วยประการอื่นใดให้ผู้อื่นกระทำความผิดฐานผลิต นำเข้า ส่งออก จำหน่าย หรือ มีไว้ในครอบครองซึ่งยาเสพติดให้โทษหรือวัตถุออกฤทธิ์ ต้องระวางโทษเป็นสองเท่าของโทษ ตามที่กฎหมายบัญญัติไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้น
