ผู้ใดกระทำความผิดร้ายแรงเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดโดยแต่งเครื่องแบบหรือ โดยแต่งกายให้เข้าใจว่าเป็นเจ้าพนักงาน ข้าราชการ พนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่น พนักงานองค์การหรือ หน่วยงานของรัฐ พนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ หรือพนักงานอื่นของรัฐ ต้องระวางโทษหนักกว่าที่บัญญัติไว้ สำหรับความผิดนั้นอีกกึ่งหนึ่ง
