ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๘๒ โดยที่เป็นการสมควรจัดตั้งนิคมสหกรณ์ ในท้องที่อำเภอเมืองกำแพงเพชร จังหวัด กำแพงเพชรเพื่ อช่วยเหลือราษฎรในท้องที่ดังกล่าวให้มีที่ตั้งเคหสถานและประกอบอาชีพเป็น หลักแหล่ง หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติจึงมีคำสั่ง ดังต่อไปนี้

ให้จัดตั้งนิคมสหกรณ์ ในท้องที่อำเภอเมืองกำแพงเพชร จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร ภายในแนวเขตที่ดินตามแผนที่ท้ายประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้ เฉพาะในส่วนที่ดินที่เป็นของรัฐ

ให้ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้มีผลใช้บังคับเช่นเดียวกับพระราชกฤษฎีกา ที่ออกตามความในมาตรา ๗แห่งพระราชบัญญัติจัดที่ดินเพื่อการครองชีพ พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑

ให้รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพัฒนาการแห่งชาติรักษาการตามประกาศของ คณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้
