Preamble

ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๓๔๘ โดยที่คณะปฏิวัติพิจารณาเห็นว่า ที่ดินของรัฐในท้องที่กิ่งอำเภอควนกาหลง อำเภอ เมืองสตูล และกิ่งอำเภอทุ่งหว้า อำเภอละงู จังหวัดสตูล เหมาะสมที่จะจัดตั้งเป็นนิคมสร้างตนเอง เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีที่ตั้งเคหสถานและประกอบอาชีพเป็นหลักแหล่งในที่ดินนั้นหัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติ จึงมีคำสั่งดังต่อไปนี้

    ให้จัดตั้งนิคมสร้างตนเองในท้องที่กิ่งอำเภอควนกาหลง อำเภอเมืองสตูล และ กิ่งอำเภอทุ่งหว้า อำเภอละงู จังหวัดสตูล ภายในแนวเขตที่ดินตามแผนที่ท้ายประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับนี้ เฉพาะในส่วนที่ดินที่เป็นของรัฐ

    ให้ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้มีผลใช้บังคับเช่นเดียวกับพระราชกฤษฎีกา ที่ออกตามความในมาตรา ๗แห่งพระราชบัญญัติจัดที่ดินเพื่อการครองชีพ พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑

    ให้รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทยรักษาการตามประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับนี้

    ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันถัดจากวันประกาศในราช กิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป ประกาศณวันที่ ๑๓ธันวาคมพุทธศักราช ๒๕๑๕ จอมพลถ. กิตติขจร หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติ ๑ ราชกิจจานุเบกษาเล่ม ๘๙/ตอนที่๑๙๐/ฉบับพิเศษหน้า ๒๕๕/๑๓ธันวาคม๒๕๑๕
