Preamble

ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๓๔๗ โดยที่คณะปฏิวัติพิจารณาเห็นว่า ที่ดินของรัฐในท้องที่อำเภอโนนสัง จังหวัดอุดรธานี เหมาะสมที่จะจัดตั้งเป็นนิคมสร้างตนเองเพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีที่ตั้งเคหสถานและประกอบอาชีพเป็น หลักแหล่งในที่ดินนั้น หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติจึงมีคำสั่ง ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑

    ให้จัดตั้งนิคมสร้างตนเอง ในท้องที่อำเภอโนนสังจังหวัดอุดรธานี ภายในแนว เขตที่ดินตามแผนที่ท้ายประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้ เฉพาะในส่วนที่ดินที่เป็นของรัฐ

  2. Section ๒

    ให้ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้มีผลใช้บังคับเช่นเดียวกับพระราชกฤษฎีกา ที่ออกตามความในมาตรา ๗แห่งพระราชบัญญัติจัดที่ดินเพื่อการครองชีพ พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑

  3. Section ๓

    ให้รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทยรักษาการตามประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับนี้

  4. Section ๔

    ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันถัดจากวันประกาศใน ราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป ประกาศณวันที่ ๑๓ธันวาคมพุทธศักราช ๒๕๑๕ จอมพลถ. กิตติขจร หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติ ๑ ราชกิจจานุเบกษาเล่ม ๘๙/ตอนที่๑๙๐/ฉบับพิเศษหน้า ๒๕๓/๑๓ธันวาคม๒๕๑๕
